Mood

The book Walk Two Moons has many different moods the chapter I read had a mood that felt sad. It felt sad because Phoebes mom is in the living room talking to Prudence (Phoebes sister) about how she felt she had a "tiny life". Prudence interrupted her to ask for nail polish and to ask her to sew her skirt even tho she knows how to sew her self . After Sal hears that she starts speculating that Phoebe & Prudence mom might never tell them to "do it your self" because she fears that if she dose she will have no purpose, be useless, feel  invisible.

Mood of my book

In the story Walk Two Moons I feel the author wants the story to be full of all kinds of moods. A few moods for example are suspenseful because in every chapter leaves you thinking about what will happen next. The author also make the story feel sad because while Sal is telling her grandparents about Phoebe she also tells about how she feels  remembering everything that her and her mom used to do together before her mom left her alone whit her dad.Its also a happy story because Sal talks about her friends and how weird they are. Lastly the story is mysterious because while Sal is at Phobos house a strange young boy goes to Phoebe house to look for her mom, then Phoebe starts to get strange notes outside her house, and Phoebe & Sal see the strange young boy at the store where they notice he is just staring at them. These were a few of the moods that I feel while reading the book Walk Two Moons.

Summarizing part 1

So far the book I am reading (walk two moons) has been quiet intresting. The main charecter is
 A girl named Salamanca Tree Hiddle (Sal). She lives whit her dad because her mom left them. Sal & her dad used to live in the countary but then her dad made a decision that they were moving to  a house in Euclid , Ohio. They lived about 3 blocks away from a woman named Margeret (a friend of Sals Dad). One day Sal decides to go on a "road trip" to Chicago whit her grand parents to see her mother. As they are on the road Sals gradmother asked her to tell a story. This is were we get introduced to Phoebe she is a friend of sals who is abit odd. We also get introduced to phoebes parents who aren't so much fun. In sals story she talks about the time her and  phoebe went to visit their friend Mary Lou who has a family that is quiet odd and very loud. She also talks about the time her and phoebe meat a "potential Lunatic" who was looking for her mother. Then the next day phoebe gets an odd note saying "Don't judge a man until you've walked two moons in his moccasins" . So far that is all that has happened in the book I am reading ( walk two moons).

Foreshadowing

What is happening right now in my story is that Sal is telling her grand parents the story about Phoebe. In her story she explains how Phoebe feels about a woman named Mrs.Partridge who is blind but can guess people's age. Phoebe also makes Sal feel a bit scared or intimidated by Margaret by telling her "Her name is Mrs.Cadaver right? Have you ever wondered what happened to Mr.Cadaver". These are a few reasons why I think some of the stuff that might happen later on in my story will be that Sal ends up learning that Margaret did something horrible to her husband to get him out of her life. So she might try to worn her father about it but her father won't listen no and whatever happened to Mr.Cadaver will also happen to him.

Expositi

So far the book I am reading (walk two moons) is about a girl named Salamanca who used to live in the country ( Bybanks
, Kentucky) where there were lots of trees and animals. Salamanca loves the country but one day her dad decide that they were moving 3 hundred miles north to Euclid Ohio. There were not a lot of trees the hoses were small and there were no animals like Salamanca was used to.They lived 3 minutes away from a woman named margret ( who is Salamancas dads girlfriend or friend). When they moved Salamanca meat a girl named phoebe who she describes as peculiar. One day Salamanca goes on a trip (that will take up to 7 days )whit her grandparents to see her mom. As they are driving Salamanca tells her grandparents about how she meat phoebe & also about all the paculiar things phoebe dose.

                     The book I am reading is called walk two moons, and it was written by Sharon Creech. I feel this book is going to be about a young girl who is going to give two diffrent point of views about her life. Also it might be about how something is going on whit someone and the other person is trying to see it from their point of view or from their side of life.

Mutation blog

I learned that there are diffrent types of mutation for example some are intelnat others external.
The most interesting mutation I have learned about is the conjoined turtles because I think it is crazy how they have to shore the same body.
Yes I liked sketchnoting because it makes it easier to take notes.
I would try to make my words more understandable and make the drawings better.
